1. Overview

We at Style Hub want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we will help you through the returns and refund process as defined below.

This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all products purchased on the Style Hub platform (website / mobile app).

7. How to Initiate a Return / Exchange

  1. Log in to your Style Hub account.
  2. Go to Orders > My Orders, select the order, and click “Return / Exchange”.
  3. Fill in the required details (reason for return, etc.).
  4. Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or similar.
  5. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) with all tags, labels, and accessories.
  6. Send the item back to us by a courier/shipping method specified by us.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund/exchange request is approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed within [7-15 business days] (or as per bank/card provider timelines), using the same payment method used for purchase.

Any applicable refund amount will be credited net of any shipping fees, restocking charges (if applicable), and handling charges, unless otherwise stated.

9. Store Credit / Exchanges

Instead of a refund, you may opt for an exchange (for a different size/colour/variant) or store credit.

If the exchanged product is of higher value, you may be required to pay the price difference; if lower, the difference may be issued as credit or refund.

10. Restocking / Handling Fees

In certain cases (especially for returns due to the buyer’s change of mind), a restocking fee or handling charge may apply. This will be deducted from your refund or charged to you (as specified).

11. Cancellation Policy (Before Shipment)

If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, you may do so by contacting our customer care or through your account if that feature is available.

If cancellation is successful before dispatch, a full refund will be issued (excluding any bank/payment gateway charges).

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible; then the standard return/exchange policy applies.

12. Exceptions & Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse a return/exchange/refund if the returned product does not meet eligibility conditions (e.g., used, washed, or damaged by the customer).

Return requests submitted after the allowed timeframe may be rejected.

13. Consumer Rights

These returns and refund rights are in addition to any statutory rights you may have under Indian consumer law (such as under the Consumer Protection Act, E-Commerce Rules, etc.).

If there is any conflict between this policy and mandatory Indian law, the law will prevail to the extent required.
