The Platform and Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Style Hub disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from bugs or viruses.
We do not guarantee that Product colours, images, or descriptions will precisely match what is delivered.
To the extent permitted by Indian law:
Style Hub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any direct damages in connection with any claim arising out of or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for the particular Product or service giving rise to the claim.
Style Hub shall comply with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, Information Technology Act, 2000, Legal Metrology Act, Sale of Goods Act, and other applicable Indian laws and regulations.
We will disclose information required under law (e.g., product origin, manufacturer, importer, pricing, taxes) clearly in product pages.
For marketplace or vendor products (if applicable), sellers must comply with all norms, including authentic product, correct labeling, safe packaging, etc. Style Hub may have “fall-back liability” if sellers or logistics partners fail to deliver or there is negligent conduct, in accordance with E-Commerce Rules.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Style Hub, its parent company, Rudraksh Retail Pvt. Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, agents, third parties, licensors, and suppliers from any claims, liability, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your:

Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, India.
